COASTLINE FLIGHT TRAINING (CFT) offers comprehensive theory and flight training for both Aeroplanes and Helicopters. It is one of the largest and most successful combined flying schools in Australia. CFT is a CRICOS approved international training organisation, teaching both overseas and Australian students. LOCATION
Caloundra Airport is situated 80 km (36 nautical miles) north of Brisbane on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. It provides the best location in Australia (and perhaps the world) for flight training. Our location, away from congested city airspace but close to mountains, bush land and navigation aids, is ideal. You will reap the maximum benefit from every hour of your flight training. Our training area is located at the Caloundra aerodrome. Low flying, confined area training and pinnacle work is situated close by, thus avoiding time wasted in transit.

The flight school offers air-conditioned facilities, including classrooms, briefing rooms and student rest areas. Internet access is available for your training requirements.
